⁠⁠Ibrahim Enes Aksu is a Ph.D. candidate at University of Delaware, Department of Political Science and International Relations. He studies comparative politics, focusing on national security policymaking by populist governments. He is the co-author (with Muqtedar Khan) of “The Voices of Islamic Modernism from South Asia” in the Routledge International Handbook of Contemporary Muslim Socio-political Thought.
