
Levan Gegeshidze has been a professor at the National Defence Academy of Georgia since 2017. He is a Ph.D. student at Grigol Robakhidze University. His research thesis is “Modern China’s Philosophy of War and Grand Strategy.” He completed his MA in International Relations at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan, Poland. His field of interest is China’s military modernization, strategic cooperation between Russia and China, and their impact on international security. During 2012-2013, in the framework of the Lane Kirkland program, he conducted research on the transformation of Poland’s national security system after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
